Data Retention

Data is stored electronically in OVERTURE+’s servers and is kept only as long as necessary to provide our products and services, including for the purposes set out above. Information associated with your account will be kept for a period of one (1) year following the deletion of your account, or earlier if we no longer need the data to provide our products and services. After that point, data is kept only for statistical purposes (or as otherwise legally permitted) and shall not be used for any other reason. Please note that you may always exercise your right to erase your personal information stored in our system.

Access, Update, and Correct to your Information

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all your personal information, please send an email to us. We may make a small charge for this service.

We want to ensure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. If any of the information that you have provided to OVERTURE+ changes, for example if you change your email address, name, or payment details, or if you wish to cancel your registration, please let us know the correct details by sending us an email. You may ask us, or we may ask you, to correct information you or we think is inaccurate, and you may also ask us to remove information which is inaccurate.

Change of privacy settings for Communications

You may decide not to receive communications from OVERTURE+. You may communicate to us your decision not to receive communications by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in a particular communication. Deleting Your OVERTURE+ Account

If you have an account with us, you may choose to delete your OVERTURE+ account, in accordance with our Terms, through the settings of your OVERTURE+ account when you sign in. Please note that, after you delete your account, you will not be able to sign into our website or access any of your personal information, however, you can open a new account at any time.
